Daily Duties at Sun Microsystems:

Held a dual role as Master Instructor and Learning Architect. As Master Instructor my responsibilities included: •Reviewing all web based content for design, flow and technical accuracy •Responsible for instructor lead training (ILT) training course flow and design •Provided train the trainer instructor lead training and assessed and worked with instructors delivering the courses •Responsible for course quality, technical accuracy and training flow and design As a Learning Architect I managed and instructional designed many types of training deliverables for the server product line including Web based training, Instructor lead training, Attended product team and service team meeting, create product training plans work with development and delivery to ensure a successful launch of a course. My responsibilities included: •Creating all audience training plans •Managing the budget for course development •Calculating the return on investment (ROI) for developing new training products
