Daily Duties at Sun Microsystems :

Performing the role of Program Manager I am an integral part of Sun Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project for training implementation. My responsibilities include: •Managing and supporting the infrastructure for the ERP learning portal for employees and partners •Managing the tools used to create informal learning objects and work instruction, including Resite recorder, Webex network based recording •Manage and perform course productizing of all ERP courses from creating, packaging as a SCORM 1.2 compliant, deployment on to the Oracle 11i iLearning LMS •I was part of the team that designed and developed the role based learning path portal call Cascade •Worked as part of the Curriculum design team, I was responsible for creating the Finance curriculum. •Manage the Jitterbug and JIRA incident reports •Provide world wide support for any training issue related to Sun's ERP deployments
