Responsible for sales, recruitment, staffing and P&L management for the downtown Portland, Oregon branch. Mentored, trained and coached a team of top performers. Conducted extensive sales and recruitment training. As a result of my success as a Branch Manager, I was promoted to Area Manager where I was responsible for 4 locations. I hired, trained and managed a staff of 20 Sales Representatives, Branch Managers and Recruiters. Accomplishments: • Personally secured and managed major National Account with $6 million in annual sales • Increased operating profit 32%
