Daily Duties at Volt Services Group:
Responsible for 2 branch operations and 1 on-site Managed Service Program which averaged over 1000 contract employees. Both branch offices were opened in new, undeveloped territories. Secured office space, recruited, hired and trained entire staff. Directly responsible for both branches P&L, sales development, talent acquisition, operations and human resources Accomplishments: • Sold, implemented and managed one of the top 10 National Managed Programs with over $20 million in annual revenue • Ensured client satisfaction as program grew from 200 full-time employees to over 1200 employees nationwide • Created strategic recruiting plan to ensure on-time delivery for all disciplines; Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Technical/IT, Engineering and high-volume assembly needs • Built both branch operations from start up mode to profitability within 14 months of opening
