Daily Duties at Volt Technical Resources/Volt Workforce Solutions:
Developed and staffed Corporate Recruiting department responsible for locating internal talent nationwide. Created and implemented Professional Placement services offering to external clients. Provided leadership training and direction to Branch, Area, and Regional staff nationwide. Developed all curriculum and collateral materials for recruitment, sales and management training. Conducted extensive classroom training with all level of staff. Company subject matter expert for professional placement in client development of National Accounts by writing responses to Request For Proposals and delivering in person sales presentations to Fortune 1000 companies. Areas of expertise included - Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, Accounting & Finance, Administrative and Manufacturing Position required 60% travel Accomplishments: • Increased annual sales from $700k to $15 million • One of the first 8 employees to achieve Six Sigma Black Belt certification • Conducted Yellow and Green Belt training to over 50 participants. • Developed and provided staffing solutions for leading companies, including; o Caterpillar, Yahoo, Microsoft, U.S. Bank, HP Federal Credit Union, Orbitz, Eli Lilly, Apple Computer, Westinghouse
