Responsible for the development and profitability of 3 branch offices in the Bay Area by developing personnel into top performers. Provided leadership and direction to management teams for formulating budgets, developing new business, increasing existing business and orchestrating successful operations. Ultimately accountable for all sales, talent acquisition, operations and human resource functions for the area. Accomplishments: • Scotts Valley awarded Branch of the Year in 1999 for revenue and profits and Top Professional Search Branch out of 300 offices • Increased sales for area by 46% and profit by 29% • Achieved annual recognition and attended Star Performers 3 out of 3 years
