Daily Duties at Volt Technical Resources/Volt Workforce Solutions :
Responsible for the vision and creation of newly formed Professional Search Division. Personally spearheaded initiative as a result of a two-year Six Sigma project endorsed by executive leadership. Led all sales, recruitment and customer service initiatives nationwide with a staff of 50+ employees in 18 states specializing in Information Technology, Engineering and Life Sciences. Collaborated with marketing department in the development of candidate and client facing collateral. Presented to leadership teams throughout the country the value of new division highlighting benefits and driving change management. Proven competency in reorganization, re-engineering, continuous quality improvement, business planning concept and strategic planning. Position required 60% travel Accomplishments: • Achieved profitability within 4 months of opening division • Directed sales efforts, which resulted in award of 5 new National Accounts within 6 months
