Daily Duties at Volt Workforce Solutions:

Responsible for the development and profitability of 6 branch offices and 3 on-site Managed Programs in the Bay Area Region by setting strategic priorities, driving sales/service expectations, designing realistic budgets and staying within parameters, effectively hiring new personnel and continuing development of regional personnel. Accountable for the sales, talent acquisition, operations and human resource functions for the region. Assumed hands-on management of underperforming offices and restored them to profitability in minimum time. Accomplishments: • Sold, implemented and managed one of the top 10 contract accounts for division nationwide with over $15 million in annual revenue. Collaborated and provided strategic solutions to client as they expanded their business from 1 location to over 50 throughout the U.S. All markets were opened with 98% on-time delivery • Sold, implemented and managed the #1 Professional Search account nationwide with over $1.7 million in annual revenue • Hired and developed team of Professional Search Recruiters who were #1 in the country 3 consecutive years • Reduced cost of resources by aggressively managing workers compensation and SUI claims resulting in annual savings to region of over $750,000 • Developed and provided solutions for leading companies in the Bay Area, including; o Google, Netflix, CBS Interactive/CNET, Sephora, Louis Vuitton (LVMH), Kendall Jackson, Hewlett Packard /Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, Mark Monitor, Foster Estates Wine Group, Menlo Logistics, UC Berkeley, West Marine
