(Software Development/Integration, Contract Technical Oversight) Managed acquisition and integration of the transition and consolidation of automated contracting systems used by the Air Force, Air National Guard, Navy, Marines, and other DoD agencies. Technical lead of $500,000 in contracts supervising a team of nine military and civilian personnel. Coordinated functional requirements directly with the senior Air Force customer and users. Developed risk management, work breakdown, test and implementation plans.
