(Senior System/Database Migration Engineer, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance) Lead of 25 government and contractor system/software engineers designing, developing and integrating advanced multi-service operational planning and deployment management software using Oracle (9i) database and web-based low-bandwidth/thin-client processes. Liaised with senior executive military and civilian leaders, combat commanders, services, and agencies. Analyzed, defined, and prioritized new and evolving user requirements, and translated them into system-level specifications for tasking to three contracting teams. Developed and conducted comprehensive IV&V operational tests to ensure system interoperability, functionality, and security compliance.
