Daily Duties at Global Cyberspace Integration Center:
(Program Management, Data Transition and SOA Consultant) Led unit involvement and provided technical expertise and analysis to multi-service technical and operational working groups to migrate command and control capabilities into a secure network-enabled, SOA environment. Evaluated data models against information exchange requirements. Developed agreements between the four military services on standard data schemas and governance to enforce information assurance. Directed 10 contractors and $1.7 million budget managing the Air Force requirements for two multi-service modernization programs. Led management of quarterly action-officer level and flag-officer level forums representing Defense Department command and control agencies. Section web portal manager (SharePoint).
