(Chief Technology Officer, IT Operations and Planning) Managed $8 million communications and computer systems for over 200 international personnel deployed in support of the mission. Coordinated support agreements with staffs of other multi-national missions in Iraq. Directed international staff of 17 military and contracting personnel at three locations responsible for procurement, configuration, security and maintenance of mission-critical computer workstations, telephones, and radios on seven secure and non-secure voice and data networks over satellite systems, using Cisco and NetGear routers and switches, Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and secure web portal content (WISE). Developed plans for emergency evacuation of IT equipment. Managed Service Level Agreements to ensure network availability.
