Daily Duties at Delta T Group:

 Supervise staff by providing leadership, motivation, direction, and review of assigned tasks, to maximize department efficiency as well as administering company personnel policies and procedures to accomplish office objectives.  Direct personnel activities of staff (hire, train, appraise, motivate, discipline, address complaints and resolve problems, leaves, work schedules and assignments, recommend termination as necessary etc.) while maintaining employee relations.  Monitor recruiting efforts and implement changes as needed to ensure timely filling of client needs.  Negotiation of fees and compensation rates to ensure gross margin requirements are met.  Responsible for maximizing market penetration for meeting budget goals.  Review daily weekly and monthly billable hour expectations with each Staffing Coordinator and ensure company metrics are being met.  Conduct the daily prioritization and weekly overview meeting to monitor progress on open orders.  Monitor the file completion process and maintain a zero violation policy.  Manage client building activities of the staffing coordinator such as bulk calling, advertisement calling, business plan calls, and 24 hour check-in.  Assign and distribute placement requests to staff; monitor status of client job orders.  Obtain business through telephone calls and personal sales visits to prospective and active clients. Staffing Manager 2004-2008  Responsible for meeting all financial and operational goals for the team.  Perform personnel reviews/evaluations.  Carry cell phone and respond to pages and calls in a timely manner during scheduled rotation.  Promoted to Recruiter February 05  Responsible for tripling the Social Service book of business within a 6 month period while maintaining profitability spreads.  Participate in sales presentations at DYFS clients throughout NJ.  Respond to client demands within 24-hour turn around time and had 100% fill ratio.  Managed and recruited psychologist, psychiatrist, nurses, residential aides, behavioral assistants, mentors, social workers and certified drug and alcohol counselors.  Recruiting Assistant May 04
