▫ Identified hardware, software, and infrastructure needs to develop project requirements, funding justification, and project priorities; defined and documented 30 projects geared towards efficiency and performance improvements. ▫ Realigned Wachovia Securities brokerage platform by conducting on-site system evaluations of their third-party processor to improve SLAs; recommended a series of 15 projects to eliminate processing issues while recovering platform integrity.
