Daily Duties at Premier Alliance Group:

▫ Create project plans and lead Basel II Data Gap Assessment (DGA) processes to establish and maintain regulatory compliance for Bank of America’s credit card and consumer loan portfolios. ▫ Compile business requirement documents through all stages of technology deployment as well as oversee project progress and troubleshoot issues to avoid delays and ensure quality of deliverables. ▫ Conduct business process mapping and present solutions utilizing current and future state business models. ▫ Collaborate with offshore IT teams employing the DMAIC framework for management of project workflows and deliverables. Extensive use of tools such as Clarity and Quality Center manage priorities and track resources. ▫ Serve as liaison between business and technology groups to facilitate the design of ETL data collection and data cleansing processes across multiple Systems of Record (SOR); efforts will enable the company to utilize internal-ratings-based methodologies to measure operational risk. ▫ Identified and deployed business-as-usual (BAU) procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with Basel II guidelines; trained line-of-business personnel on Basel reporting requirements to roll-out BAU compliance practices.
