Daily Duties at Jostens, Inc:
Managed 16 direct reports (6 FTE Developers, 5 Consultants & 5 FTE Business Development Analysts). Executed and set PPIs (Personal Performance Indicators), performed performance reviews, set objectives and career goals. Directed the implementation of over 324 full scale Client Service Recognition Programs. Served as the Client critical link. Provided detailed analysis and executive presentation reviews to Clients and Sr. Management. IT Business Unites support included: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Traffic and Clients. Directed the Enterprise Legacy System Migration and Retirement from AS/400 to Oracle for Memphis, TN operations. Developed and implemented System Modules: WMS Reporting System, WMS Sales System, WMS User Performance Tracking System, WMS Operations Shipping System, WEB Point Banking Systems. Directed all Memphis Y2K Conversion efforts. Wrote and Implemented the Memphis IT Disaster Recovery Plan.
