Daily Duties at Dunavant Enterprises, Inc.:
• Directed Multiple IT Projects and Components. Managed all IT projects serving as the primary link to all project stakeholders through process management consulting, collaboration and support, bridging all communication gaps; adapted PM methodology, standards, processes and tools. Facilitated the multi-million dollar Enterprise Legacy System Retirement project; served as the subject matter expert, collaborated with Clients, Stakeholders and Business Sponsors to define requested features and functionality. Managed and aligned all departmental system project requirements, architecture design, development, change management, risk assessment and testing controls to satisfy and efficiently serve all stakeholders using AGILE & SDLC phased methodology. • Engineered and Launched PM Communication, Planning and Reporting Tools. Developed Project Plans, Project Scopes, Functional Specifications, Operational Instructions; User Guides; Test Conditions, Test Scripts, GUI Designs and Report modeling. Implemented project development reviews, status reporting, project control, risk and change management processes.
