Daily Duties at Itasca Construction:
Daily Management and coordination of all sub-contractors. Coordinate shop drawings, submittals and owner selections. Complete all Historical renovation requirements from City of Miami Beach. Incorporate new construction drawings with existing building to bring up to current building codes. All ADA, Life Safety, Resturant and Spa related equiptment and finishes. Work closly with architect, engineer, anbd designer to achieve upscale design and preserve historical requirements. Hotel Victor. 70,000 sq. ft. Tilt-wall office and warehouse. Shell thru owner build-out and all related site work.
