Daily Duties at Woolems Inc.:
Daily management and cordination of all sub-contractors including concrete, MEP's and Interior Finishes thru CO. All related inspection. Work closly with architect, structural engineer and designer to avoid and resolve and forth comming confict to avoid unnecessary change orders. Includes historical renovations required by the City of Miami Beach. Fountinbleau Hotel Miami Beach. Ocean front dining and Gotham Steakhouse. Jeffrey Beers International Designer.
