• Developed testing and monitoring procedures to comply with new Investment Company Act and Investment Advisor Act regulations and input of rules into the Charles River Development System. • Developed testing and monitoring program to comply with requirements under Rules 38a-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Rule 206(4) -7 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. Reporting to investment company board of directors.
