November 1988 to March 2004 (Admitted to New York in 2000) Senior Trial Attorney • Transferred from Oklahoma City to Buffalo in February 2001. • With Allstate, tried more than 100 jury trials. • Have conducted every aspect of discovery including thousands of depositions. • Responsible for a heavy case load. • Evaluated, analyzed and counseled clients on issues of coverage and exposure. • Conducted training sessions on changes in the law at local claims offices. • Have managed the Allstate legal offices in Buffalo and Oklahoma City. • Preparation of memorandums for management. • Preparing and reviewing legal documents. • Assisted young lawyers and staff in trial preparation and trial tactics. • Participated in Proper Interviewing Techniques, Sexual Harassment and Diversity Training. • Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office).
