Daily Duties at Kohl's:

Responsible for customer service, cash office, dock operations, and loss prevention. Managed payroll/expense budgets and reported P& L analysis to corporate. Managed personnel activities including recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching, performance appraisals, and employee benefit administration. Selected accomplishments: Reduced employee turnover by 3 percent by fostering employee development.
