Daily Duties at Apollo Group:

[Apollo Group was the contractual client for Indiana Wesleyan University's LEAP programs marketing & accounting functions]. Supervised divisional accounting and financial aid activities for 1,000+ Indiana Wesleyan University online student accounts following highly structured corporate and federal regulations. Personally managed 350+ student accounts and supervised two line-staff accountants who managed the remaining 750+ accounts. Responsible for posting charges/credits, issuing refunds, invoicing and collections, contact thru phone/email. Responsible for candidate interviews, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and training. Prepared and analyzed weekly & monthly financial reporting models, enrollment reconciliations, quarterly pricing reviews, account audits, and collection referrals to an outside agency.
