Daily Duties at Victor Community Support Services:

I worked with at risk youth and there families and provided case management using behavior modification skills for children and parenting skills for there parents. I also communicated with other mental health professionals outside our agency and with school officials. I worked with a multi-disciplinary team to discuss individual care plans for each of our clients.
