Daily Duties at Adminastaff:

I worked with an interdisciplinary team of professionals in a hospice organization (community hospice of Victor Valley, CA.) for the care of terminally ill patients and there families in homes or facilities. I had a caseload which I managed for the spiritual care of our patients. This involved case planning and management. I also on ocasion would help with bereavement, leading groups and ocasionally making follow up phone calls.
