Daily Duties at Ism:
• Directed and managed interactive and online advertising for the firm’s hi-visibility luxury travel clients such as, Air Emirates, Harley Davidson and The Island of Barbados. Accomplishments • Directed and managed the creation of an online travel agent portal for American Express, where agents would be able to search by card member type for promotions and give-a-ways on travel around the world. The site had to integrate content provided by sources outside of American Express. • For one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, Alex directed and managed the creation of their Advertising and Marketing site. The project challenge was to integrate the eco – luxury destination with 5 exclusive hotels chains, which were currently being constructed within the destination grounds. The integration also included a unique golf site showcasing three different eco – systems while promoting the home of the PGA tournament. Alex’s direction included a flash based application where both the hotel and golf sites share an exclusive and high-end user experience through the use of animation, interactivity and videos. • Alex spearheaded, directed and managed the variable data publishing initiative for Disney. Disney was interested in customizing their hotel and destination sales materials on an individual basis to prospective companies, based on their sales requests. A template structure was developed populating information within each template based on various data sources to provide a unique document to every customer inquiry within the Disney Resort Organization. • Part of the interactive pitch team, noteworthy win Best Western ($20 million of which $4 million was interactive).
