 Quality for the forming and layup of composites. Also, quality support for post cure (machining) operations. Complete part sources and buys for Quality and calibration of Virtek laser projection system. Quality Engineer for Kitting and Layup for Delta II & IV Programs. Trained in measurements and technical drawings, and in the operation of LaserGauge Virtual gauges. Quality representative for the Concise Work Instruction Team, IPT, PTI on work instruction review and Cure Anomaly trouble-shooting team. Support management with metrics, and perform Level I and II audits. Enter and track audit findings, observations and actions. Write, submit, and track MRB and open CAs. Coordinate with customers for MRB processing and status. Experience in 6 Sigma, SPC, ISO, NADCAP, MIL Standards, and Lean thinking. Order supplies and tools for Quality and Calibration Departments and fill out Quality work orders. MRB secretary, and Stamp Controller. Maintain DIMS and TipQA for Iuka Operations. Maintain information for the Corrective Action Board. Back up for security, calibration, particle counters, freezers, and temperature chart recorders. Train Quality, Engineering, and Operations on MRB, C/CA, TipQA and DIMS. Experience on Microsoft Office, Oracle programs, ePic, AuditMaster, CA5 and LGBasic programs.
