Daily Duties at Pelco Inc.:

; Utilizing bench and lab test equipment I Tested and generated reports regarding product quality of video equipment from outside vendors that were used for surveillance CCTV systems and remote controls for video cameras and recording equipment for correct specifications prior to Pelco purchasing for resale and branding. Worked closely with sales and marketing dept., spent time at customer sites evaluating lighting situations and incorporating data gathered to finished camera firmware. Generated detailed engineering reports and made recommendations for purchase of video cameras and related CCTV equipment. Worked closely with engineering/design groups of outside camera and monitor manufacturers including CRT and LCD monitors. Instrumental in choosing correct color temperature LCD backlights for surveillance monitoring. Headed feasibility study for possible in house manufacturing and production of CRT Monitors including costanalysis and budgeting of same. Supervised, managed and trained group of technicians.
