Daily Duties at Analogic Tech (Aati):

Designed multilayer PCB’s utilizing PCAD, PADS and Protel DXP software. Operated PCB prototype copper milling machine for engineering staff. Generated gerber files and other files as needed to complete task. Tested Power management IC evaluation boards after assembly and IC evaluation assemblies that were developed in house before releasing products to international customer evaluation. Worked closely with our worldwide sales and marketing groups to resolve customer needs and resolve problems as they would arise. Created Power-Point presentations for national sales meetings that pertained to steps taken to resolve field problems and issues. Procured OEM parts used to assemble evaluation PCB’s. Responsible for fabrication ans assembly of evaluation PCB’s to industry standards and their assembly by outside vendors. FCC and RF screen-room testing. Generate test and engineering reports from data obtained. Involved in FCC compliance testing and generated reports on our RF related products. Utilized standard bench and RF test equipment on a daily basis. Soldered and desoldered SMD components and thru-hole components utilizing microscopes and other specialized equipment.
