Consultant, Queens, NY Provided recruitment support for the October 2000 MAKING STRIDES AGAINST BREAST CANCER walkathon. • Placed five hundred calls inviting community leaders and professionals to a corporate breakfast. Director of Special Events, White Plains, NY Income Development Relay For Life - Managed two Relay For Life events. Relay is the signature community activity of the American Cancer Society. • The events raised $204,000+ to fight all types of cancer. The Westchester County Relays met the fundraising goal for the first time in four years.
