Daily Duties at Fiu:

Responsibilities included: • Teaching two “Ecology of South Florida” Laboratories per semester to groups of 35 to 40 students. • Preparing Lesson Plans, power point presentations, activities, and tests. • Organizing and conducting fieldtrips to six of the most important National Parks and Preserves in South Florida such as Everglades National Park, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Big Cypress National Preserve, etc. • Teaching students about the different ecosystems in South Florida, as well as flora and fauna identification.
