Senior Sales Office Coordinator 2004 – 2005 Promoted to Senior Sales Office Coordinator, responsible for facilitating communications in the Home Loans Center between the Customer, Loan Consultant, HLC Manager, Title companies, Attorneys Vendors. • Coordinated day-to-day logistical needs of the office, trained temp and full time administrative support staff. • Provided overall clerical support including completing and distributing weekly and monthly reports, post and maintain legal and regulatory disclosures and posters, create and distribute sales monthly calendar for on call loan consultants, printed collateral management and order collateral. • Handled the day-to-day logistical needs of the office, trained temp and full time administrative support staff. • Successfully managed Affordable Housing Expo 2005. • Coordinated Outbound Call campaign for teacher discount mortgage program. Sales Associate 2003 – 2004 Performed various clerical duties, calendaring and distribution of marketing material in support of two President Club Sr. Mortgage Loan Consultants. • Collaborated with processing to determine loan status, provide quality customer service in responding to customers regarding loan status. Served as a liaison between customers, processing, attorneys, appraisers, internal co-op approval department and realtors to get loans closed in a timely manner. • Performed telemarketing, execute mailings and event management to increase sales, build relationships with customers and real estate brokers in order to increase sales.
