Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare:
Managed the Opportunity Development team and delivering qualified leads to Account Executives and implementing calling campaigns. Motivated team utilizing rewards points program for most leads. • Consulted with customers to determine needs using probing/qualifying questions, affirming statements and identifying buying influences. Proactively followed up with customers and adhere to high-level sales and marketing objectives. During 2008 the team increased lead generation by 29% vs. 2007 and “leads that went to sale’ dollars increased 22%. Personally contributed leads that converted to orders since October 2005 is $13.6 million. • Acted as liaison between customer and service and applications staff. Funneled customer requests to applications and service staff to ensure timely client problem resolution. • Played a key role in implementing new CRM system Siebel by working closely with the IT team to develop and test the solution prior to go live. Improved the CRM by spearheading an electronic newsletter sign up for potential and current customers that cut across all department call campaigns. • Reduced costs by emailing or faxing requested literature vs. hard copy packages.
