Daily Duties at Sears Home Improvement:
Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage a team of In-Store Marketers to promote Home Improvement products to Sears customers. Marketers were staffed in stores throughout South Carolina, making it necessary for me to manage my time and travel a minimum of 18 days a month.
