Daily Duties at Safeco Insurance:

· Assigned to homeowner claims throughout Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. Inspected commercial claims on a task basis. · Set appropriate reserves and maintain proactive diary on all open files. · Process claim payments with appropriate correspondence in a timely manner · Trained and mentored new employees on, Xactimate, letter writing, company policy, and Best Practices. · Adjust property claims including large loss from fire, water, wind, vandalism, theft, mold, and asbestos. · Identify fraud indicators and referred claims to Special Investigations when warranted. · Recognized subrogation potential and initiated recovery of evidence myself or use of a recovery company to preserve the evidence. · Automobile scene investigations
