Daily Duties at Cornerstone Realestate Funds:
Primary function was to develop relationships in order to drive sales through meetings and seminars utilizing primarily the independent broker channel. Was able to create new sales through developing new relationships and facilitating value added benefits to my clients • Promoted to external wholesaler after four months as an internal wholesaler • Responsible for the direct sales of Private Placements and public REIT offerings. • Developed new relationships with registered representatives while overcoming objections to facilitate continued sales • Initiated new relationships with the decision maker of broker dealers in order to obtain selling agreements for Cornerstone for both the private placements and the public offerings
