Daily Duties at Candle Lite:

Supervise all activities of assigned maintenance personnel during the repair and overhaul of operating equipment. Work with engineering and management groups as a team member and leader during continuous improvement initiatives. Assist production and maintenance personnel in Root Cause Analysis. Work with safety coordinator to bring equipment and facilities to a new level of safety awareness. Insured all operating equipment on extended preventative maintenance practice are inspected and repaired in a costly and timely manner. Spearheaded the TPM inspection initiative requirements on operating equipment.
