Daily Duties at Premier Manufacturing Support Service:

Responsible for the development and documentation of scheduled preventative maintenance to the Chrysler Trenton South Engine Plant equipment, facilities and ground, to include utilities, power house, parking lots, roof, sidewalks and roads. Plan equipment and facility related maintenance activities to assist the department in maintaining and improving the capacity of the machinery and equipment to achieve the manufacturing goals. Schedule equipment and facilities maintenance work orders. Development of standardized work for tasks in the CMMS data base. Implementation and continuous involvement in the Standardize Internal Communication such as, Score of work Procedures, Current Best Practices procedures, Monthly Service Schedule procedures, Reschedule Service Request procedures, Schedule Conflict, procedures, Special Service Request procedures, Abnormal Condition Report, procedures, Service Improvement Suggestion procedures, Completion Sheets (closed work order) procedures. Provide required CMMS learning resources to the team leaders, Purchase Service Department, hourly work force and subcontractors.
