Daily Duties at Hornet Manufacturing, Inc.:

Active member of this new company start-up spearheading the establishment of Employee Handbook, New Hire Orientation Trainig Program, recruiting, interviewing, and selection of associates. Inclusion of marketing skills relative to external training programs available, as well as an active member of the training team were critical skills to adoption of 5 S methods of our customers.
