Daily Duties at Alpha Staff, Inc.:

• Utilize business acumen to integrate HR strategies, employment laws and staff needs with the plans of the organization • Review, revise and implement HR policies and procedures via the employee handbook; for staffing, job performance and training • Conduct FLSA and EEOC/AA audits for compliance reporting • Screen résumés based on posted requirements and administer pre-employment tests and pre-screening interviews for qualified applicants • Responsible for all management and staff training on various equality issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, diversity, etc. • Process confidential employee performance reviews, conduct sexual harassment and discrimination claim investigations and provide management with appropriate recommendations for resolution • Serve as an employee and leadership advocate to negotiate win-win solutions that do not compromise the needs of the organization
