Daily Duties at The Loop 21:
• Plan and maintain Web site with Drupal content management system • Copy edit and package stories to improve hits and presentation using design and some HTML • Manage transition from stock photos to photo subscription service • Spearhead social media efforts, resulting in three top referrers • Create interactive graphics with Many Eyes and other data visualization software • Design static graphics for header and promotions • Create e-mail and print marketing materials in conjunction with marketing and public relations professionals • All efforts have resulted in traffic growth from 100 to 1,000 page views per day
