Manage and administer all aspects of 75 user, 50 desktop, 6 server LAN with VPN connection to very large corporate WAN. Managed Operating Systems, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, PBX Phone system, physical security system, Desktop and Server Apps. Provided help desk for all IT/Phone/Security issues throughout plant. Installed, configured, upgraded, repaired, replaced all desktop, server, printer hardware. Provided frequent data analysis and user training to all departments.
