Provided strategic direction for the overall planning of global General Assembly Engineering operations and related support activities in accordance with local, divisional and corporate goals, objectives and policies. Developed and implemented process risk management and common business processes to support the merge of three divisional organizations to one global organization. Supported the newly merged department on issues that related to organizational metrics, HR planning, IS&S support requirements, and budget planning.
