Project Manager • Project Manager & Supplier Adoption Project Manager for University of Massachusetts Search Manager Implementation. Search Manager enables University of Massachusetts to view 25 Supplier catalogs and process PO/Invoices through PeopleSoft 8.9 to Perfect Commerce OSN. • Supplier Adoption Project Manager for Georgia Center for Non-Profits. Led Strategic Sourcing efforts for GCN suppliers that participated in the portal for Non-Profits. Portal included member organizations such as Boys & Girls Club of America, Boy Scouts of America, Woodruff Arts Center, Atlanta Food Community Bank. Led Training Sessions of Procurement Manager for GCN Portal. • Responsible for catalog content migrations from Requisite/Bugseye to JCat Search Manager for Duke Energy, Dominion, First Energy, PGE, Southern Company, and TXU. • Responsible for the Procure-to-Pay project management of accounts such as Duke Energy, Dominion, First Energy, PGE, Southern Company, TXU, Johnson Controls, Metavante, Dominion Energy, BPA, and Levi Strauss. Key roles include: Supplier Adoption Project management leadership. Identifying software integration strategies into the marketplace for Suppliers. Maintaining overall project status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Supply Chain Solution Consultant • Member of the Workforce Management Team for Data Discovery for Duke Energy RBA. Interviewed key stakeholders to assess the business processes pertaining to staff augmentation across six operating companies in Duke Energy. Areas of concentration were IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Admin/Clerical. - Conducted gap analysis on current state of staff augmentation data, including an assessment of an IT RFP. • Member of a time-ticket management solution in partnership with Time Industrial for a project at Southern Company. Project consisted of analyzing data and configuring UI for workers time/materials on a Power Plant. • Member of implementation team for Southern Company/Comensura relationship. • Led configuration and design of OneSource for Cinergy & Southern Company. OneSource in partnership with Frictionless was a Bid/Contracts Software solution to our customers. Human Capital Solutions Consultant • Pantellos/Comensura Team Member responsible for the Implementation at Entergy in New Orleans. My duties and responsibilities included the following: - Conducted interviews and facilitated sessions with Key Entergy personnel to determine and document current state business processes. - Led the Data Discovery phase of White Amber and Itiliti utilizing current Entergy data systems. - Worked in conjunction with Revenew International and ZeroChaos to ensure Risk Mitigation of staff augmentation. • Participated in the due diligence process for the selection of Pantellos technology partners such as Itiliti, WorkBrain, Employease and Hire.com. • Led client needs analysis workshops to define and select technology solutions that supported the needs of the Energy and Utility industry. • Part of the team that defined Pantellos’ overall Human Capital Solutions strategy within the Energy and Utility industry. • Supported the Vice President of Human Capital Solutions in managing relationships of alliance partners. • Led the selection and implementation of the Employease Recruiting Solution within Pantellos. • Defined process and technology needs and managed relationships for the Employease and Hire.com HRIS at Pantellos. Talent Cultivator Responsible for the design and development of the culture which won the "Best Places to Work in Houston" award in 2001 & 2002. Led the design, development and delivery of the Pantellos talent acquisition process. This included the following: • Led accelerated hiring process of 200+ employees in 7 months • Researched and prepared operational performance metrics including, cost per hire, source effectiveness reports, time to hire, and length of tenure. • Evaluated software platforms to help automate candidate-tracking system. • Managed full recruitment life cycle from planning, sourcing, evaluation, preparing, extending and negotiating offers, and transitioning new hires into firm. • Performed Critical Behavioral Interviews to screen experienced candidates and college recruits. • Partnered with hiring managers to define staffing needs and timeframes. • Coached interview teams on experienced candidate assessment strategies. • Led weekly meetings with VP of HR and hiring managers to report on progress and issues. • Researched, negotiated and managed vendor contracts and relationships
