Daily Duties at Us Army:

Documented the flow of property valued at over $4.1 billion dollars for 137 individual unit organizations. Processed weekly required reports for 7 property book teams. Issued, tracked and maintained disposition instructions for over 16, 000 pieces of equipment. Developed and maintained an asset tracking spreadsheet database to monitor and document the disposition of equipment improving tracking accuracy and accountability an average of 70% over 6 months. Monitored the compliance of individual organizations with prescribed standards for obtainment and disposal of equipment. Maintained a supply tracking system for sensitive and non-sensitive equipment using the PBUSE (Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced) system. Implemented a filing system to monitor the compliance of 54 organizations worth over $565 million dollars with division standards. Provided assistance in the completion of RFI's (Rapid Fielding Initiatives) to fill critical shortages in supported units. Processed appropriate documents for the requisition and disposal of obsolete and inoperable equipment. Maintained property accounting for 37 organizations worth over $266 million dollars. Posted daily updates to property book registers and ensured timely completion of required periodical reports. Processed and distributed monthly OCIE, sensitive and organizational hand receipts to individual unit commanders. Trained, advised and mentored incoming personnel on required duties. Served as the supply management specialist with responsibility for directing logistics management control with the company. Assisted in the successful completion of the deactivation of a battalion.
