Developed an inclusive database program combining a DOS screen based application, MS Word documents, database input screens and reports as a major part of a department wide re-engineering program. Worked with the re-engineering team to design requirements document and list of deliverables and date requirements. Identified reports and screen inputs and outputs. Created the database, merged the database with the DOS application and MS Word template documents. De-bugged the application. Wrote support documentation, trained over thirty users. Developed a database program to mimic a project management general application. Coded, de-bugged, tested the application. Wrote user and support documentation. Trained the users on the application meeting design and time requirements for all modules.
