Recruited to turn around more than $11B USD in backlog of fossil Power and Air Quality Control projects and initiate and implement complete Integrated Project Management/Controls, Estimating and Records Management systems and processes. Hired 75 new employees; managed a total of 250 workers. Implemented project management programs and procedures; trained and developed staff; provided hands-on direction of a new operation. Managed all staffing and personnel issues; conducted technical evaluations and prepared cost, schedule and forecast analyses.
