Daily Duties at Opti Solar:
New Start-up Company. Responsible for managing integrated EPC installation of Solar panel assembly factories and Solar panel farms worldwide estimated at $500 million. Initiated development of company infrastructure system for Integrated Project Management and Construction Management programs. Directed daily execution plans for Project team including Superintendents, Engineers, Projects Controls / Estimating/Contracts engineers for $500 million backlog. Managed Prime Contractors and Sub-Contractors for EPC execution of Sacramento Solar Panel production Factory and Canadian Solar farms including union and non-union labor.
