Daily Duties at Netview:
Compucom Project Team from upgrade legacy systems to fiber switches and VOIP validate all aspects of branch and office upgrades, rack and stacks (installing new Cisco Routers and Switches), migration of data to new equipment, and decommission of legacy equipment, Trained personnel on new VoIP phone. Training for conversion from Outlook to Lotus Notes email, and training on the Cisco VOIP conversion. EDS Project Team to upgrade legacy telecom equipment and convert to Cisco fiber routers, switches and Installation of over 4,000 Cisco 7960 VoIP phones at six sites, took inventory of legacy equipment as well as inventory for new spares. Siemans Project Team to migrate various bank and mortgage customers to new domains, replacing computers and upgrading with new image, Other projects include: domain migration at various branches, installing new images on hard drives and PCs as needed, printer networking and administration.
