Daily Duties at Herbalife Int:

• Study of current business processes, future business flows and identification of gaps and workaround. • Conducted business owners meetings to finalize the functional GL setups such as Business Group, Legal Entity, Operating Units and Inventory Organizations, Ledger (SOB), calendar and currency. • Created responsibilities and assigned to Users as per SOX controls. • Data Migration from Legacy systems - ADI and Dataload. • Customizing/Formatting FSG Reports and Discoverer. • Setup collectors, Scoring models for Dunning and Collections Strategies. • Involved in interfacing Vertex with Oracle financials. • Identified technical requirements such as development of new reports and customizations and directed the technical team accordingly. • In AR, defined System Options Defaults, Customer, Invoice attributes - Payment Terms, Transaction Types, Accounting Rules, Memo Items, recurring invoices, Auto Accounting, Invoice Sources, Receipt Classes and Adjustment Approval Limits. • Performed AutoLock Box processes and designed the Transmission Format. • Created Month End close documentation for GL and AR. • Log, view, access, monitor, follow-up and close Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) online -Oracle MetaLink. • Conducted user training for O2C and P2P cycles in test instance. • Involved in Post production support and effectively solved production issues.
